An Australian film and television actress, Sigrid Madeline Thornton is better known as Sigrid Thornton who is known for her work in films such as "Face to Face" and TV shows like "SeaChange" and "Over the Hill". She was discovered by theatre director Joan Whalley while a member of the Twelfth Night Theatre Junior Workshop. She is known for her work with World Vision, the Royal Children's Hospital, Vision Australia, Reach Foundation, and other charitable causes. She has even won awards like AACTA which she received for the Best Guest for Supporting Actress in the television drama. Additionally, she also starred in the American Western series "Paradise" (1988-1991).
