A British-Nigerian actor and producer, John Adedayo Bamidele Adegboyega is professionally known as John Boyega. He is best known for playing in the 2011 science-fiction comedy film "Attack the Block" as a role of Moses and as Finn in the 2015 epic space opera film "Star Wars: The Force Awakens". He was first seen in the science fiction comedy film "Attack the Block" in 2011, for which he won the Black Reel Award for Best Actor. He appeared in a pilot episode of "Da Brick" as Donnie in 2011, then starred in 4 episodes of "Becoming Human" in the following year. He first played a leopard in a play at his primary school and went to classes at Theatre Peckham. He has won a British Independent Award in 2011 and three Black Reel Awards in 2012. As recent news, he is accusing Disney of failing to develop complex minority characters in the Star Wars film trilogy, which ended last year.
