An English actor and film producer, Hugh Grant is best known for playing a lead role in some cult romantic comedy movies such as "Four Weddings and a Funeral" (1994) and "Notting Hill" (1999). He also starred in Bridget Jone's Diary series and earned critical praise for his role in "About a Boy". He made his first film appearance in the role of Lord Adrian in the Oxford Film Foundation movie, "Privileged" in 1982, and made his TV show debut in drama miniseries, "The Detective" in 1985. Hugh Grant has gained several awards in his careers such as Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actor - Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, Venice Film Festival: Volpi Cup for Best Actor, and many others.
